If you do not receive your product (due to lost mail for example), if the item you receive is defective or faulty, damaged during shipping or simply a wrong item, we refund you money back after receiving proof, no questions asked. If you feel your item is significantly different from the product description, you can A: Return it within 15 days of receiving your product and get a full refund, or B: Get a partial refund and keep the item.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your Holy Buyble account information and Order Number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In rare case if you have paid import duty of your purchase, we cannot refund your import duty & taxes or any other associated brokerage fees.

* Orders over US $100 in value must be returned to Holy Buyble at customer’s expense in order to receive refund.
* Money back guarantee does not apply to monogrammed items, Made-to-Order Jewelry, gift cards, or sale items.
* Holy Buyble reserves the right to revoke this offer if we identify what we believe to be a pattern of abuse or fraud.
* We want to know why you were not satisfied. We reserve the right to require an explanation of why you are requesting a refund and a photograph of the product for which the refund is being requested before issuing the refund.
* We do not cover import duties, tariffs, or other fees paid by customers to third parties in order to receive the order.
* We do not provide refunds for products that have been used, altered, or damaged after you've received the shipment.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time (7-14 working days) before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@holybuyble.com
Gifts
Items returned will be refunded to the purchaser‘s original method of payment. Please return the goods to us within 15 days of the receiving date for all full price items. We cannot refund sale items, personalized or monogrammed items.
Shipping
Be sure to include your order number in the email. It's crucial to contact us first, as we have multiple return addresses.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without traceable shipment.

Most made to order jewelry will take approximately 15 to 20 days to finish,entry level jewelry and other accessories will take roughly 5-7 days to fine tune before shipping. Any custom work embellished with precious gemstones and antler or bones may take longer to finish depending on the availability of the materials.

The average delivery time is 2-3 weeks on most international orders, but we like to make our customers aware that in very rare cases it can take up to 5 weeks to receive your product(s). This largely depends on the speed of clearance of the customs of your destination country, during holiday season, customs inspection time may take longer than 2-3 weeks.
Our made-to-order jewelry are shipped from our studios either in Shanghai or Amsterdam.
