How do we operate? 
We fulfill all our orders through various boutique stores and warehouses around the world to all our customers worldwide. All our custom designed apparels are born and fulfilled in California the United States. And we are so proud of it. 

All other accessories are fulfilled through our boutique stores in glamorous cities like Shanghai, Hong Kong, Amsterdam, Seoul and Tokyo. And we are so proud of it, Again ;-) 

We hate having mass produced shit everyone else has, so you can rest assured that all the loves you buy from us are truly unique and holy as fuck. 

 

OMG, I Made a Mistake on my order ( Wrong Size, Wrong Item, Wrong Address), What can I do NOW? 

 

First thing you need to do, Chill ;-) Don't panic, We will always be here to make it right for you. 

* If you see an error in your order confirmation email, email us at support@holybuyble.com as soon as possible and we MAY be able to change it for you.

However, we can't make any promises. We ship every work day at around 10am and our shirts are usually printed the next work day and shipped shortly thereafter.

*If your order has already shipped, we'll provide you with a return address (depending on the item ordered).

*If you entered the wrong address, we have to wait for the package to get returned to us. In that case, we will reship it to you, but you are required to pay the reshipping costs.

 

How much does shipping cost ?

 

We offer free shipping on all orders above $50(US Orders) and $100 (International). For orders below free shipping amount, your shipping fees will be calculated during the checkout. 

No Worries at all, our standard shipping costs are very easy on your wallet, $6.95 for US orders and only $9.95 for international orders.

As we are fulfilling from different countries, shipping times may slightly vary due to local public holidays, weather conditions and workload of our couriers. We seek your understanding and you may contact our customer support should you have any questions. And again, we offer full refund should your order get lost or damaged, so relax, nothing to worry about.

Will I get a tracking number?

 

We do our best to provide tracking numbers for all orders, in rare case if your order tracking number is not available, No worries, you know you are covered with full refund if your order gets lost or damaged, so relax, nothing to worry about. 

Tracking info can be delayed. However, if the tracking hasn't been updated in a couple of days, you can contact us at support@holybuyble.com, we will track down your order for you.  

 

What is your return/exchange policy ?

As our custom designed apparels are printed on demand, returns and exchanges are difficult for us. Do contact customer support at support@holybuyble.com and we will try our best to work something out for you. We cannot bear unhappy customers, we wanna make sure you are satisfied or we will cry too. 

Monogrammed and Made to Order Items cannot be return for full refund, should you for any reason be unhappy about your order, just let us know and we will work out the best happy ending for everyone ;-) 

For all other items, we have a 15 day money back guarantee. Please check the relevant page for more info. 

 

Since we ship from multiple locations, the address you have to send your item back to can vary.

Please don't send your item, without contacting us first.

 

How to Return an Item 

Step #01: Contact us

Send an email to support@holybuyble.com and tell us you want to return your product. Be sure to include your order number in the email. It's crucial that contact us first, as we have multiple return addresses.

Step #02: Send the item back to us

Send the item back to us, to the address given by our support team. Make sure you leave a note with your order number in your return package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Step #03: Get your refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
  • Shipping costs.
  • Made to order, Monogrammed and other print-on-demand items (unless there is actually something wrong with the print or product)

Please make sure the following is true:

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund.
  • You can return a product for up to 15 days from the date you received it.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

 

I bought 2+ items, but i only received one ?

 

Your order may have consisted of different items and coming from different warehouses, we ship them separately so they can reach you faster. If you have not received all your items after our estimate delivery times, do drop us a email and we will check it for you.

In Short, don't worry, you'll get everything you ordered.

 

Does the price includes taxes or custom duties ?

 

No, we do not collect taxes or custom duties. As the tax rates and threshold varies for each country and we do not have a comprehensive list of them, please check with your country's custom authorities if there will be any taxes or custom duties imposed for purchases outside your country. We are not responsible for the taxes and you will need to deal with it. 

 

What Payment Methods do you accept and are they secure?

We accept pretty much all major credit and debit cards and use Stripe and PayPal as payment processors.

Both are very secure and no one ever sees your payment information. Everything is encrypted and safe.

We are certified PCI Level 1 DSS compliant, the highest level of security certification there is. We are also McAFee Secure certified, you can rest assured all your personal and credit card information are super safe with us. 

 

"Gift Address" Fraud Prevention

We understand that you want to surprise your beloved parents or kids or bae with a gift, so we can ship your order to an address different to your billing address. However, the shipping address and billing address must be in the same country and we reserve the final rights to cancel the order if we sense a pattern of abuse or fraud.

 

How do I clean my silver jewelry? 

You can use regular metal polish or you can make your own paste, following the instructions below.

 

1. Clean the silver in warm water and mild dish soap.

2. Put it on a paper towel or similar to dry.

3. Mix 1 cup vinegar, half a cup of flour and 1 teaspoon salt in a bowl (mix slowly with a spoon).

4. Apply the paste to the silver in circular motions with a piece of soft cloth.

5. Let the paste work for 30 minutes and rinse the silver under warm water.

6. Let the silver dry (you can use a soft paper towel).
